Where the numbers come from
Every stat in a post is pulled from these three screens. Session history, per-round rest, and per-movement records — not recollection.
Session history
How we know a pair of shorts got sixteen sessions and not "a couple of months".
Rounds and intervals
Rounds are recorded as you finish them, so rest per round is a number rather than a memory.
Per-movement records
One progression line per lift across every session it appeared in.
